We have released a Spanish version of TimeRime!

Dear TimeRimers,

We are very proud to announce that today we released the next version of TimeRime!

In 2007, we started with an idea that resulted in a prototype. In 2008, we released TimeRime Beta followed by version 1 in 2009. In the mean time, TimeRime has become more and more popular. Thousands of people from all over the world make timelines, study timelines made by others, and embed timelines on their websites and blogs. Furthermore, many organizations use the professional solutions that offer full integration in other websites.

With version 2, we take the next step; Not only will you find a complete new design; with version 2 we introduced a lot of new features and changes:

• The main navigation menu in de header of the website has been improved
• There are many new ways to select and search timelines
• Comparing timelines, one of the great and unique features of TimeRime, became optional instead of default (use the compare button to use this function)
• Text and images are automatically being copied beneath your timeline (can be disabled)
• Information about the professional and education solutions, as well as the weblog, can now be selected directly in the main menu

The next couple of months, we will release even more new features. So keep reading our blog and following our twitter!

Thursday June 10, at 07:00 CET, TimeRime will be offline for a short time due to a migration to version 2. Version 2 offers a restyled website, improved navigation, and several new features. We hope you will enjoy it!

The timeline lists historical events before, during and after World War II. There are six periods in the timeline where you can zoom in and click on important dates, which contains text and photos.
